20 Years to 37 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. AMH>=2.845 ng/ml and AFC>=14; 2. Aged 20-37 year; 3. basal FSH<12U/L; 4. the first or second IVF cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) women with PCOS; 2) women with endometriosis; 3) women diagnosed with hydrosalpinx in hysterosalpingography or uterine malformation or abnormality; 4) women with history of ovarian sugery; 5) women with recurrent spontaneous abortion; 6) women who is allergic to FSH or LH; 7) women with other endocrinal disease; 8) women with hypothalamic tumors; 9) women with malignant neoplasm in ovary, uterus or breast; 10) women participant other clinical trials in 3 months before inception of this study; 11) women with drug or alcohol dependence.
