18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) agreed to attend the research, and signed the written informed consent; (2) have ability to complete the examination of the patients; (3) aged 18-75 years; (4) diagnosed with gastric ulcer activity period by electronic gastroscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with perforation, pyloric obstruction or bleeding complications; 2) compound ulcer and multiple ulcer patients; 3) tumor patients; 4) with heart, brain, kidney, lung of vital organ disease; 5) with the stomach, duodenum surgery patients; 6) pregnant and lactating women, PPI may have an impact on pregnancy and lactation; 7) taking NSAID drugs, corticosteroids or on the experimental drug allergy; 8) taken any type of PPI or H2 receptor antagonist agent in one week
