Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients must meet the diagnostic criteria for the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease legislature, and by CT and (or) MRI examination be confirmed with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease (including transient ischemic attack); 2. onset within 24 hours; 3. blood uric acid level M> 420umol/L (7mg/dl), F> 357umol/L (6mg/dl) and no attack of gout.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. coma or NIHSS score> 20 points; 2. with cerebral aneurysms or arteriovenous malformations; 3. associated with traumatic brain injury history, history of stroke, SAH and a history of brain tumors; 4. with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, blood disorders or cancer; 5. 4 weeks of taking over iron or vitamin C and other antioxidants; 6. Other clinical studies within 3 months participated; 7. benzbromarone allergy.
