18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18~75 years, the gender is not limited. (2) I~II ASA level (3) no history of colon resection; (4) no history of intestinal stenosis; (5) no history of mental illness; (6) the person who signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) serious heart, lung, brain and other important organs disease needed complex and comprehensive monitoring and treatment; (2) patients with poor physical condition can not tolerate anesthesia; (3) allergy to the used narcotic drug ; (4) morbid obese patients with significant respiratory disease; (5) patients with a recent upper respiratory tract infection, who has obvious symptoms of fever, wheezing, nasal congestion, cough and other symptoms; (6) fear of needle
