Group A:Left: using the new soft silicone dressing during the whole radiotherapy. Right: using trolamine first, changing to the new soft silicone dressing at the time of skin erythema.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Treatment-naive patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma of lymph nodes matastasis stage 1 or 2 confirmed by histopathology; 2. Radical radiotherapy, target area including nasopharynx and cervical lymphatic drainage area 3. Aged 18-75 years; 4. ECOG scores of 0 to 2; 5. Informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction in heart, liver, kidney, central nerve systems or psychological disorders; 2. Allergic histories; 3. Communication disorders, non-cooperators; 4. Having received radiotherapy, laser or cryotherapy in the skin of irradiation area; 5. Skin rash, breakage, infection in the skin of irradiation area; 6. Using targeted drugs such as Cetuximab; 7. Pregnancy of planning a pregnancy.
