18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient should meets the standard of hepatic cirrhosis which is agree with Practical Internal Medicine, version 12; 2. Child-Pugh grade A or B; 3. Expected to survive more than 12 months; 4. Aged from 18 to 70 years old; 5. Liver dysfunctions could not be controlled by routine medical treatment; 6. Not associated with major organ diseases or dysfunction, Blood, urine and feces three routine parameters are generally normal, the function of heart, lung and kidney are generally normal, CRE=2*10^9/L; NEU>=1.5*10^9/L; HB>=80g/L; 7. Volunteered to accept this treatment and with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The hepatitis B in the active conditions; 2. The patients suffered from serious heart, lung or kidney disorder; 3. Combined with mental disorders and other mental diseases; 4. Poor compliance, Severe infection; 5. Severe coagulation disturbance; 6. Other conditions that the researchers consider inappropriate.
