18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18-70 years old, sex is not limited; 2. The patients with severe osteoarthritis performed by primary unilateral cemented TKA. 3. All patients were required to sign an informed consent prior to participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If they were more than 70 years old or made habitual use of opioids, had inflammatory joint disease, or had previous fracture of the affected knee, or alternatively, Hemostatic drugs and pain relievers was contraindicated or not technically possible. Revision surgery, bilateral joint arthroplasty, known hypersensitivity to TXA or its ingredients, active intravascular clotting disorders, and acute subarachnoid hemorrhage.
