Dexmedetomidine II group:Middle-dose dexmedetomidine + conventional anesthetics

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old, male or female; 2. patients undergoing open heart surgery during cardiopulmonary bypass.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients had stroke, brain surgery, neurological dysfunction, cardiovascular surgeryx, cardiac insufficiency more than one year, severe liver and kidney dysfunction before operation.
