Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged from 18 to 65 years old, male or female; (2) With the diagnostic standard of AR: sneezing, nasal discharge, nasal itching, nasal flow four symptoms in at least three, perennial patients in the symptomatic days daily symptom amounted to 0.5 to 1H above; and visible examination of the nasal cavity nasal mucosa pale edema, hyperemia, severe eyelid swelling;Specific allergen diagnosis: allergen skin prick test positive at least one allergen for (+ +) or (+ +) above; (3) AR duration is equal to or more than 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) With respiratory tract infection, infectious sinusitis; (2) Complicated with allergic asthma, asthma of the last 5 years; (3) Patients with non allergic rhinitis (not found in patients with clear, allergens such as vasomotor rhinitis patients); (4) Nasal septum deviation or patients with severe nasal polyps; (5) Loratadine and other antihistamines withdrawal time less than 4 weeks; (6) Withdrawal times of astemizole was less than 6 weeks, other antihistamine drug withdrawal time was less than 1 weeks; (7) Nasal inhalation of antihistamines, corticosteroids or nasal spray nasal drops agent withdrawal time less than 1 weeks; (8) System using corticosteroid withdrawal time less than 4 weeks; (9) The use of macrolide antibiotics, and are using the imidazole antifungal agent system.
