Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 90 years, no gender and race limit; 2. Patient that is scheduled for elective radical surgery in general anesthesia. Radical surgery means that the aim of the surgery is to cure; 3. Primary malignant tumor (including breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, gastric adenocarcinoma, pancreatic carcinoma, prostate cancer, clear cell renal cell carcinoma, colorectal adenocarcinoma, serous ovarian carcinoma and cervical cancer), about 60 patients will be enrolled from each tumor type; 4. Agree to participate, and give signed written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to join; 2. The surgery that is going to be made is an acute surgical procedure or palliative surgery; 3. Critical illness (preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification = IV), severe renal dysfunction (undergoing dialysis before surgery), or severe hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C); 4. Other reasons that are considered unsuitable for participation by the responsible surgeons or investigators (reasons must be recorded in the case report form).
