Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 years and above, ASA I-III stage; 2) Primary breast cancer, planned surgery, including modified radical mastectomy, breast conserving surgery, sentinel lymph node biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous thoracic surgery,incision greater than 2cm; 2) Emergency surgery or palliative surgery; 3) Previous use of ropivacaine in patients allergic or manual contraindication; 4) Paravertebral thoacic block anesthesia contraindications, including infection of puncture or intrathoacic, tumor invasion of puncure,history of severe spinal deformity or spinal surgery,Abnormal coagulation function (PT or APTT>=1.5 ULN), PLT<100*10^9/L, Severe respiratory disease, Diaphragmatic paralysis.
