Group D:receive DEX (40µg/ml) 0.6µg/kg for 10 min, then change into 0.4µg/kg/h

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation disorders; 2. Always has a history of drug allergy; 3. Patients with severe high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease; 4. Patients with liver and kidney function is not complete; 5. Preoperative 2 d taking sedatives; 6. Patients with sinus bradycardia.
