30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 . OGTT test, fasting plasma glucose in 5.6-6.9mmol / l or 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(FPG-2H) in 7.8-11.0mmol / l or glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) at 6-6.5 %. ( Only one of the above abnormal)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal in liver and kidney function; 2. Infection; 3. Hypoalbuminemia; 4. Not willing to or not consistently receive foot reflexology therapy; 5. Patient with heart failure or respiratory diseases . 6. Patient prescribed with weight loss pills. 7. Psychiatric patients.
