Group GHA:Using rhGH in shock phase

Group GHB:Using rhGH with standard treatment

Eligibility

Age

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. Patients admitted within 48h after injury; 3. Total burn size between 40% to 80%; TBSA or third degree burn size from 20% to 60%; 4. Patients with good compliance and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having severe shock or severe inhalation injury lead to dying when admitted to hospital; 2. Severe electrical burns, compound injury or poisoning required for other important treatment; 3. Patients having occurred severe gastrointestinal bleeding or with severe gastrointestinal disease before injury or having done gastrointestinal surgery; 4. Patients having diabetes or serious heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other diseases before injury; 5. Patients having cancer, mental illness before injury; 6. pregnancy and breast-feeding women; 7. Patients using corticosteroids or immunosuppressor treating for other diseases; 8. Patients who can not complete system treatment for medical expenses and other reasons.
