Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To optimize and apply the Ischemic stroke secondary prevention standardization process 1. Patients with acute ischemic stroke within three months; 2. Aged >18 years old; 3. First onset of disease or not ,but for this time mRS=3; 3. Patients have signed the informed consen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: To optimize and apply the Ischemic stroke secondary prevention standardization process 1. Hemorrhagic stroke; 2. The stroke is due to surgery or vascular interventional operation, such as carotid intima stripped, angiography or stent, cardiac surgery patients; 3. Plan for major surgery, carotid intima stripped, or carotid artery stent angioplasty patients; 4. Comfirmed malignant tumors or brain tumors; 5. Serious heart, liver, lung, and kidney damage; Or the researchers estimate patients life expectancy more than 2 years; 6. The patients with blood coagulation dysfunction or thrombocytopenia (platelets 4; 9. Within 30 days before the delivery date of informed consent in clinical trials with other drug or device, or other intrusive is participating in clinical research. The safety and effectiveness research of NBP in secondary prevention of the ischemic stroke people at high risk of recurrence: 1. 1-9 as above; 2. Atrial fibrillation in patients and undergoing anticoagulant therapy.
