Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Match the condition Article 30 voluntary in The mental health law of China, with 2 attending or above psychiatrists make evaluation which based on the Mini-International Neuro-psychiatric Interview (MINI) and according to the DSM-IV depressive disorder diagnosis standards; 2. Male and female aged 18 to 65 years old; 3. Cognitive functon is enough for understand the research content, and complete the informed consent procedure; 4. To be able to follow the hints and understand the informed consent procedure;5. Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression score >=17.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have the following diseases: nervous system disease such as epilepsy, body disease such as chronic renal failure or acute renal failure, severe diabetes, heartliver and kidney disease, endocrine metabolic, blood system and so on; 2. Take drugs or other psychoactive drug substance addicts; 3. color blindness, color weakness, non-right-handedness.
