Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Form eighteen to seventy-five; 2. Type 2 diabetes mellitus with mild to moderate hypertension; 3. Daytime activity and nighttime sleep routine; 4. The patient accepted this clinical trial; 5. The patient administered 150mg irbesartan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ALT or AST passed 2 tines, Cr passed 95umol/L; 2. Secondary hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus; 3. Nightwork employment; 4. CCVD (unstable angina pectoris, heart failure, life-threatening arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation,cerebral apoplexy); 5. Pregnancy and lactation; 6. Intolerance to ABPM; 7. Researcher think who's unsuited this trial.
