Combination Group:A equal volumes combination of 0.75% bupivacaine and 2% lidocaine

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients suffer from diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, central or branch retinal vein occlusion,macular epiretinal membranes and macular holes, giant retinal tear high myopia and other diseases require vitrectomy at the first time. Patients can communicate smoothly with clinicians. Subjects participates voluntarily in the trial and sign an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if they are unwilling to take part, if they have communication problems or there is a history of allergy to amide-type local anaethesia agents.Patients have serious systemic disease that may affect the treatment and assessment. Patients have a vitrectomy surgery history,orbital surgeries, orbital deformities, trauma, uveitis,anterior chamber inflammation,keratitis, thinning of the corneal caused by degeneration etc. Pregnanta and lactation female patients should be excluded.
