Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the emergency surgical patients were measured when they were transported into the OR. The patient will be recruited if anyone of the conditions below were satisfied: 1. Spontaneous breath, SpO2=20/min; 4. Systolic Blood Pressure=100/min; 6. Arrhythmia (cause abnormal hemodynamic); 7. Mantained by vasoactive agent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Agd<=18 years; 2. Unable to be performed ultrasonography exam (the skin of exam position is coverd by wound, bandage, crust); 3. Uanbled to cooperate on research; 4. Joined in other research; 5. Inadequated by researcher.
