Age
18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists' (ASA) physical status I or II patients; 2. aged 18-60 years; 3. Either sex, undergoing elective surgery under General anesthesia; 4. Patients who are fasting for at least 8 hours before surgery, patients who are not premedicated before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of smoking, asthma, chronic cough, upper respiratory tract infection in the previous 2 weeks, a history of bronchodilator or steroid therapy, or treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, or known allergy to vecuronium, BMI(Body mass index) more than 30
