Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Forty ASA physical status I/II pediatric patients, aged 4-12 years, scheduled for interventricular septal defect repair or interatrial septal defect repair, were randomly divided into two groups (n=20 each): intravenous induction group and inhalational sevoflurane anesthesia induction group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding Severe pulmonary hypertension Right to left shunt heartandSevere acute respiratory diseases.
