60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60~80 years old male or female; 2. Malignant gatriintestinal tumor prepared for radical excision; 3. No obstruction of digestive tract; 4. Plasma albumen level >35g/L, hemoglobin concentration >90g/L before operation; 5. ASA grade I-II, cardiac function grade 12; 6. BMI>=18.5kg/?before operation; 7. Participants attend the trial of their own free will and able to understand the procedure and objective.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormality or defect in gastrointestinal function; 2. High risk in aspiratory regurgitation; 3. Water-electrolyte imbalance before operation; 4. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 5. Possible difficult airway; 6. Abnormality of endocrine hormone or medication of steroids.
