18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years of age or older; 2. Histologically or cytologically confirmed colorectal cancer patients; 3. Have measurable tumor lesions and inoperable; 4. ECOG =1.5*10^9/L; (2) Hemoglobin >=10g/dL; (3) Platelet count >=100*10^9/L; (4) Total bilirubin =60ml/min; 6. Patients of childbearing age should take appropriate protective measures before and in the experiment; 7. Signed informed consent; 8. Be able to follow the research plan and follow-up process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy, breast-feeding women; 2. Pregnancy test positive or have not carried out a pregnancy test; 3. Those who do not want to take contraceptive measures during the study period; 4. Patients with active infection, uncontrollable hypertension, unstable angina, congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia, and other diseases can not be in the group; 5. The patient has a history of other tumors, unless the cervical carcinoma in situ, or basal cell skin cancer, has accepted the radical treatment (at least 5 years before); 6. Have operation or radiotherapy within 6 weeks before into the trail; 7. Patients with HIV infection.
