18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged older than 60-years; 2. Patients who will undertake non-cardiac major surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. refuse to join; 2. history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, parkinson disease, severe dementia; 3. History of visual or hearing dysffunction and cannot communicate; 4. History of brain damage or functional neurosurgery; 5. History of sick sinus syndrome, bradycardia(HR<40bpm), II AVB or above without pacemaker; 6. Child-pugh grade C; 7. History of renal replacement therapy; 8. planned to undertake neurosurgery.
