18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who were maintained hemodialysis over 3 months; 2. ages between 18-80 years old; 3. male or female; 4. serum phosphorus >1.8mmol/L; 5. intact-parathyroid hormone >300pg/dL; 6. Signed a letter of authorization for patients, allowing the use and disclosure of personal health information (or informed consent, if applicable).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of maintain hemodialysis less than 3 months; 2. Age less than 18 and over 80 years old; 3. Serum phosphorus <1.8mmol/L; 4. intact-parathyroid hormone <300pg/dL; 5. The patients whose refuse taking part in the trial; 6. Patients combined with tumour, active bleeding, infection and other acute inflammation; 7. Patients who maybe renal transplant or peritoneal dialysis or go to other hospital in half year; 8. Patients who die during trial.
