Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Yunke group and control group; 2) age range from 20 to 60 years. Male to female ratio; 3) sane, normal intelligence, able and willing to cooperate with clinical observation; 4) no serious systemic disease; 5) patients who did not take part in other studies in the last one years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) heart failure with caution; 2) pregnant women, nursing and children; 3) allergic constitution, blood pressure is too low, the patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction were not studied.
