Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnose criterion of FD Roman III(symptoms lasting at least sis months,and in later three months symptoms include plump,early full feeling,epigastric pain and epigastric burning; 2. The criterion of depressive disorder is according to the CCMD-3,and the grade of HAMD is at least 18; 3. Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 4. Signature the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Organic diseases such as ulceration, erosion,tumor and oesophagitis are checked by endoscopy; 2. Lab,B ultrasonic and X-ray discover disease of liver, gallbladder, pancreat and colon; 3. Loss weight and gastric symptoms is caused by diabetes, hyperthyroidism and tuberculosis; 4. Anorexia patients; 5. Being in pregnancy and lactation.Disability; 6. Being taking other similar drugs or taking drugs of the same kind in 15 days; 7. Being in severe anxiety-depression; 8. Being taking NSAID, hormone and drugs influencing gastric acid.
