Mutation Group:Took 1000mg VPA
Wildtype Group:Took 1000mg VPA
VPA Monotherapy Group:Took 1000mg VPA
VPA+MEPM Group:Priority used MEPM 500mg by intravenous drip then took 1000mg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Chinese southern male volunteers; 2. Volunteers were enrolled in this study. Before taking part in the study, all the volunteers were controlled to ensure a normal condition based on medical history, physical examination, and laboratory profile; 3. No smoking and drinking habit; 4. Volunteers didn't take any drugs at least 2 weeks before clinical trail started.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers with abnormal medical examination results; 2. Volunteers took any drugs or drinking before clinical trail started.
