dexmedetomidine combined with ropivacaine group:a TAP block with 20 ml of 0.375% ropivacaine and 1 ug/kg dexmedetomidine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged from 20-50 years; weight, 45-80 kg; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification, class I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of heart or respiratory disease, kidney or liver failure, coagulation disorders, morbid obesity, local infection at the site of block, mental disorder, allergy to the study drug and long-term use of painkillers or adrenergic receptor agonists or antagonists
