18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages Eligible for Study: 18 Years to 80 Years; 2. Male or female; 3. Gastric early cancer or precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent use of a PPI, H2RA, bismuth, andantibiotics; 2. Current use of aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or corticosteroids; 3. Helicobacter pylori infection not evaluated appropriately by endoscopic biopsy andserology; 4. A history of subtotal gastrectomy; patients who underwent surgery due to ESD complications; known hypersensitivity to PPIs; 5. chronic co-morbid disease, such as chronic liver andrenal disease.

MeasureTime frame
Mean percentage of time with intragastric pH>4 during 24-h period pH monitoring at day1 after ESD operation;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
ESD related bleeding rate during operation;ESD related bleeding rate in day 1, 2, 3,4,5 ,7and28 along with PPI treatments;Stomachache release in day 1, 2, 3,4,5 and7 along with PPI treatments;Turnover of ulcer stage andsize change of artificial ulcers at day 7 and28 compared initial operation.;
