Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergoing selective laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation; 2. Aged 18-65 years old; 3. ASA(American Society Of Anesthesiologists)grade I-II,without history of cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage or preoperative cognitive dysfunction,with or without history of hypertension or diabetes mellium controlled well Preoperative MMSE(mini-mental state examination) score be equal or greater than 24; 4. Operation duration 1-2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients reject to be tested; 2. Patients with a history of severe complication,including uncontrolled hypertension,diabetes mellium,cardiac disease or cerebral vascular disease.
