18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class I-II, age between 18 and 65,laparoscopic surgery,no use of antiemetic 24 hours before surgery,history of PONV or motion,non-smoker

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: nausea and vomiting 24 hours before surgery,drug or alcohol abusers,cardiac pacemaker,refusal to accept transverse abdominal plan(TAP) block treatment,cannot normally communicate, local anesthetic allergies,uncontrolled hypertension, heart block greater than first degree.
