22 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. Preoperative Hb>110g/L, Hct>30%; 3. No arrhythmia, cardiac shunt and valvular heart disease, no hypertension; 4. No mental illness, and the cognitive ability is normal; 5. No serious liver and kidney disease; 6. No peripheral vascular disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. intraoperative blood loss was more than 800ml; 2. to a certain kind of narcotic drug allergies need to change the drug; 3. hemodynamic fluctuations in the operation; 4. cases of malignant hyperthermia; 5. other factors that affect patient safety.
