Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After Institutional Ethic Committee approval and patient written consent120 patients will be enrolled 1. age ranging between 18-80 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) grade I-II; 3. scheduled to undergo anatomic lobectomy or segmentectomy and systematic lymphadenectomy with double lumen endotracheal intubation general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade>=III; 2. cardiac disease such as coronary artery disease,myocardial infarction and arrhythmia; 3. cerebral vessel disease; 4. gastrointestinal disease such as peptic ulcer; 5. hepatic or renal disease; 6. coagulation disorders; 7. allergy to NSAIDS; 8. patient refusal.
