20 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients who are participating voluntarily; who are >=45 yr or who are less than 45 yr but with a diagnosis of gynecologic malignancy; who do not present LDVT and PE as evidenced by ultrasound; who are diagnosed with gynecologic malignancy or whose expected surgery time >1h; who are of positive DVT and/or PE history or are stratified as medium or high risk patients; operation modality: pelvic laparoscopy, laparotomy or vaginal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients who are thrombophletitis or pulmonary embolism; preoperative acute LDVT as evidenced by ultrasound; who are with thrombocytopenia(plt count<100*10^9) or coagulopathy; who are using anticoagulants, i.e. aspirine ect; who are prohemorrhagic as evidenced by past history of intracranial hemorrhage or gastrointestinal bleeding; who have congestive heart failure pulmonary or leg edema, or complicated by pregnancy; dermatitis, gangerine, or newly recieved transplantation of the legs, severe atherosclerosis or other ischemic diseases of the legs;who have severe deformation of the legs.
