20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective anesthesia endoscopic nasal polyps surgery, aged 20-70 years old, male or female, ASA grade I or II, not taking any sedative, opioid, or sleep aid drugs, no allergic history of any study drug, 24 h before surgery did not use sedatives, analgesics, antidepressants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who were obese as defined by a BMI of more than 30kg/m2, or who were pregnant or breastfeeding, or who were taking any sedative, opioid, or sleep aid drugs, who had an allergic history of any study drug, will be excluded from the study.
