Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients, aged 65-75 years, rectal cancer or colon cancer radical operation under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The history of neurological disorders, liver and kidney dysfunction, diabetic patients, limb vascular abnormalities, preoperative white blood cell classification and count abnormal.
