Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age18 ~ 75 years old; 2. Meet the criteria for the diagnosis of cough after cold; 3. The onset time 3-8 weeks; 4. Meet the TCM syndrome diagnosis for the syndrome of wind-cold retention in lung; 5. Agree to take part in this randomized controlled trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cough duration 8 weeks; 2. Leucocyte count>12*10^9/L; 3. chest X-ray showed pulmonary infection or other abnormalities; 4. suffer from mental illness, chronic respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, kidney disease, liver disease, blood system diseases, nervous system and neuromuscular diseases, metabolic and endocrine system diseases, immune function inhibition (including the use of immunosuppressive agents or HIV infection and other immune function low) and other serious basic diseases, or the clinical detection index (Cr, ALT, BUN, etc.) than the upper limit of normal reference value of 2 times; 5. patients with severe or multiple organ failure; 6. with complications; 7. prepare pregnant, pregnant or nursing in the near future; 8. using other drugs treating cough after cold.
