Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >18 years old; those who are expected to stay at least 4 days in ICU and needed nutrition support

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Long time lower limb paralysis or movement disorder with any reason, amputation; Known new limb deep vein thrombosis; Mental disorder or communication disorder; End-stage disease condition and DNR; Pregnance.
