20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: infertility women, aged 20-35 years, normal mentrual cycle(23-35 days), tubal factors, basal FSH<10IU/L, antral follicle counts more than 4BMI<26, first time received IVF treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: male factor, ovarian failure, pcos and severe endometrosis, acute genital tract infection and other systemtic diseases.
