1:esomeprazole 20mg qid+amoxicillin 0.75 qid
2:esomeprazole 20mg bid+ bismuth potassium citrate 220mg bid +amoxicillin1.0 bid +clarithromycin 0.5 bid

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 18 years old patients infected with helicobacter prlori.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy,breast-feed,serious diseases,malignancy ,the study drug allergy,severe ulcer bleeding or perforation,not the first time for helicobacter prlori eradication, taking PPIs or antibiotics within the past 4 weeks.
