18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age over 18 years; 2) patients with diabetic foot ulcers (Texas grade 2-4), the location of ulcer is not limited; 3) diabetic foot infection was mild, moderate, severe (IDSA grade); 4) agree to join the study andsign the informed consent; 5) able to receive regular follow-up after discharge in outpatient andtelephone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with severe lower limb ischemia (ABI 98 mol/L, 106 mol/L); 3) hepatic insufficiency (ALT) 100IU/L; 4) cardiac function 4 (NYHA); 5) patients can not understandthe research program anddo not want to participate.
