Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with benign andmalignant periampullary diseases; 2. willing to comply with the study procedures, signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of severe cardiac,pulmonary neural, hepatic andrenal dysfunction; 2. Patient or family refuses to enroll; 3. Based on intraoperative situation, PD cannot be operated; 4. Other.
