Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 70 years; good compliance; 2. patients diagnosed as periodontitis or pericoronitis according to clinical etiological examination, who need anti-anaerobic bacteria treatment; 3. patients voluntarily participate in the program signed written consent forms; 4. not using other antibiotics in the late week; 5. normal hepatic renal function 6. patients have not received periodontal treatment in the late 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. children, pregnant or lactating women, patients who want to have a baby lately; 2. patients who have received other experimental drugs; 3. patients with cardiac insufficiency or bleeding disease history; 4. patients with organs function failure or malignant tumors; 5. allergic to nitroimidazoles; 6. could not get good compliance due to mental problem; 7. patients with risk work, for example, drivers high-scalers; 8. other reasons.
