Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 65 years, a1-2, preoperative platelet count in the normal range,hemoglobin more than 120g/l, informed consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiorespiratory dysfunction, blood coagulation disorder, blood tem diseases, liver kidney dysfunction, low blood volume,taking anticoagulant drugs platelet inhibitors within 2 weeks.infection thrombosis disease.
