Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The gynecological tumor patients , undergoing elective laparoscopy will be enrolled the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included body mass index>30, cardiovascular, respiratory or neurologic disease (especially bradycardia with cardiac conduction or rhythm abnormalities), analgesics intake, history of substance abuse, any conversion to laparotomy reful to participate in the follow-up assessment.
