51 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. SUI as diagnosed by clinical evaluation and urodynamics; 2. Postmenopausal (Natural and surgical menopause women (age >50 years with partial and complete hysterectomies)); 3. 1 hour pad>2g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgery for SUI; 2. Isolated overactive bladder symptoms; 3. Pelvic organ prolapse >=POP stage II; 4. ISD diagnosed if the VLPP (the Valsalva leak point pressure evaluation) <60cm H2O; 5. Presence of neurologic disease; 6. Serious contraindications to surgical procedures.
