Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, no matter gender, <70 years old, planning to have pancreaticoduodenectomy , or body and tail pancreatectomy. and patients have no other diseases, like diabetes, hypertension, congenital heart disease, COPD and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. once had serious or unstable diseases of cardiovascular system, respiratory system,hematological system, liver or kidney; 2.pregnancy, lactating mother, children and elderly; 3.allergic to Ulinastatin for Injection; 4. patients with recuurent tumors or once had other digestive system neoplasm or had chemoradiotherapy before operation; 5.the tumor can not be resected during operation or have palliative operation owing to the metastasis in peritoneal; 6. have distant metastasis or others malignant cancer with relevant inspection before operation.
