Group R:Right bronchial intubation using a right-sided double-lumen tube

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1-3 patients aged 18-75 yr underwent left video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, such as lung biopsy, lobectomy, segmentectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any disorders such as hoarseness, sore throat, asthma, COPD, pulmonary surgery were not included. Study exclusion criteria included a duration of surgery greater than 6 h, obesity, pregnancy, known difficult tracheal intubation.
