Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing hepatectomy,aged 18-70 years and weighing 45-90 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known allergy to the study drugs, heart failure (ejection fraction <40%), and/or severe respiratory disease (vital capacity and/or forced expiratory volume <50%) preoperatively were excluded from this study.
